Riverbend Family Dental deserves 10 stars (at least) not just 5! Yesterday was my first appointment at Riverbend Family Dental with Dr. Nathan Eames and I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs ever again! I have Medicaid for my health/dental insurance and every dental office I called (and was begging to get seen due to some serious concerns I have with my teeth) I was told they don’t except Medicaid or because I have Medicaid, it was going to be months and months before I could get seen - Until I called Riverbend Family Dental who got me in and cared for within 2 days! I’m from Oregon (and have lived in Idaho now for 6 months) and in Oregon I was regularly judged, I felt unaccepted and unsupported, and was treated very poorly and uncomfortably to where I never wanted to go back to the dentist - I’m SO grateful Dr. Eames at Riverbend Family Dental is the exact opposite and truly is the best, most understanding and non-judgmental dentist I have ever been to! They got me in 6 days later to do 1 1/2 hours of dental work on me, and Dr. Eames truly listened to my biggest concerns and is going to help fix those first for me! The owner/dentist and all staff at Riverbend Family Dental are all absolutely AMAZING, kind, caring, and the best dental office I have ever been to! I love them and I love my new dentist!

Great office and staff! Everyone is friendly! Jazmin the Hygienist is very thorough and the Dr and Assistants do a great job explaining everything. Front desk is always professional and welcoming. Highly reccommend!

I’ve been a patient here for about a year and have truly loved every bit of my experience. Maddie, the hygienist I've seen twice, is absolutely wonderful—thorough, gentle, and always so friendly, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Nate is fantastic as well; he’s knowledgeable, kind, personable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. The entire staff is welcoming, the office is clean and modern, and appointments always run smoothly. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office I actually enjoy going to. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super friendly, patient, and professional. A special shoutout to my dental hygienist, Jasmine — she did an incredible job! She was extremely kind, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her professionalism and gentle approach truly made my visit exceptional. I’m so glad I chose Riverbend Family Dental, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and top-notch dental office. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment!
